Which currency are your products priced in?
As an online company based in the US, all of our products are priced in US Dollars.
Where do you ship from?
We have fulfillment centers in New Jersey, Texas, and California. We will route your order to the closest one that has your products.
I just placed an order, when will I get my product?
We ship most items on the same day (for orders placed before 2pm ET) but some items can take up to 48 hours to get processed and shipped. Once shipped, it takes 2-7 days for packages to arrive, depending on your state and the carrier.
Which couriers do you use?
We use USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL in some cases. If you have a preference because of your location, just let us know.
