Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following criteria:

• Item must be in its original, brand-new condition
• Item must be unopened and sealed in its original packaging
• Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery date
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained through our Contact Us form before shipping

Return Process

1. Submit your return request through our Contact Us form
2. Wait for our team to review your request and issue an RMA number
   
3. Include the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package
4. Ship the item back to the address provided in your RMA confirmation

Important Notes

• A 30% restocking fee applies to all returns
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item
• Items received without an RMA number may be refused

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been opened or used
• Items with broken factory seals
• Items not in their original packaging
• Items returned after 14 days from delivery
