Description

The Focus V Carta Sport (also written CARTA SPORT or FocusV Carta Sport) is a smart eRig from Focus V that keeps the Carta 2's Intelli-Core heating and ergonomic shape in a simpler package. A single V button replaces the screen and +/- buttons, and Bluetooth app control handles the deeper settings.

The Carta Sport eRig adds a battery 35% larger than the Carta 2, good for 50+ dabs per charge, and the removable CARTA CONNECT airpath for easier cleaning. The quartz-lined Intelli-Core atomizer heats from the bottom and sides of the chamber. The stock chamber is on the smaller side, so heavier users often step up to a larger atomizer.

  • How many dabs per charge? The Carta Sport delivers 50+ dabs per charge. It charges over USB-C and supports pass-through charging.
  • How do I clean the airpath? The CARTA CONNECT silicone airpath pops out of the glass and atomizer for rinsing and reclaim removal. Replacement CARTA CONNECT airpaths are sold separately.
  • Is the chamber big enough for larger dabs? The stock Intelli-Core Oil chamber suits light to moderate loads. For bigger dabs, the Carta Sport accepts the full line of Focus V Intelli-Core atomizers, including the deeper MAX.
  • Does it work with Carta 2 glass? Yes. The bubbler and atomizers are cross-compatible with the Carta 2. Glass upgrades such as the MJ Arsenal Carta Sport Bridge glass top fit as well.
  • Can I use it without water glass? Yes. The Carta Sport Swivel is a portable mouthpiece option for dry use on the go.

  • What an eRig is: An electric dab rig. A battery heats a concentrate chamber instead of a torch and banger, and the vapor passes through water in the glass.
  • Why quartz lining matters: The Intelli-Core chamber has a thin quartz coating. Quartz is non-porous, so residue is less likely to build up and dull flavor.
  • How the controls work: Five clicks unlock the device, one click cycles through the five heat settings, and a double click starts heating. The app adjusts each preset's temperature and duration.
  • Load it cold: Place concentrate in the chamber before heating starts. Do not scrape it against the chamber walls.
  • Use a hot knife: A heated tool such as the Focus V Saber drops sticky concentrate into the chamber cleanly.
  • Expand it later: Atomizers, glass, and other parts are in the Carta/Sport accessories range.
