  • What's the difference between the kits? The Wax Kit includes the device and one wax atomizer. The Wax / Flower Kit adds a flower atomizer. Both are available in Black; the Wax Kit also comes in Rainbow.
  • Does it work with 510 cartridges? Yes — the standard 510 thread accepts any 510 cart in addition to the Flex atomizers.
  • What are the three temperature settings? Green = 400°F (low, flavor-forward), Blue = 500°F (medium), Red = 600°F (high, more vapor). Toggle with the power button while the device is on.
  • What do the five voltage settings do? These control output for 510 cartridges — 2.2V (smooth) to 4.0V (strong). They operate separately from the temperature presets.
  • How does pre-heat work? Double-click the power button to trigger a 1.5-second pre-heat that primes the atomizer before your first draw.

  • What's the difference between temperature and voltage? Temperature settings (3 levels) control the atomizer when using wax or flower. Voltage settings (5 levels) control output for 510 cartridges. Use whichever set applies to what's attached.
  • What is 510 thread? The industry-standard connection used by the vast majority of cannabis cartridges and vape accessories. If a cartridge doesn't specify otherwise, it's almost certainly 510 compatible.
