Description

The Cartisan Veil Bar Duo is a concealed 510 battery with two cartridge bays. Load two 510 cartridges and either run them together or switch between them with a click, which is useful for keeping a daytime and an evening cartridge in one device or for mixing two oils in a single draw. The LCD screen shows the voltage level, the selected cartridge and the battery level.

The Duo also ships with a 14mm glass adapter, so it can sit in the joint of a water pipe for cooler draws. It is inhale-activated, offers five voltage levels from 1.8V to 3.8V plus a two-click preheat, and each bay takes cartridges up to 2 grams (14mm wide, 62mm tall). The 650mAh battery is shared by both cartridges, so running two at once drains it faster. If you only ever use one cartridge, the larger Veil Bar Pro EVO gives more battery for it. Some detail photos show an earlier blue finish; the Veil Bar Duo sold here is Obsidian (black).

FAQs

Can I use just one cartridge? Yes. The Duo works with one or two cartridges, and the screen shows which bay is active.
How do I switch between cartridges? With a click of the button. The cartridge indicator on the LCD shows the current selection, including both at once.
How does the water pipe adapter work? The included 14mm glass adapter connects the Duo to a 14mm female joint on a bong or rig, so vapor passes through the water before you inhale.
What cartridges fit? 510-thread cartridges up to 14mm in diameter and 62mm tall, which covers most cartridges up to 2 grams. Cartridges are not included.
Does it have preheat? Yes. Two button clicks start preheat.
How is it activated? By inhaling. There is no fire button to hold during a draw.

510 battery: The power source for a pre-filled oil cartridge. "510" is the standard thread, so most cartridges screw straight on.
Concealed battery: The cartridges sit inside the device body, protected and out of sight.
Voltage: Lower settings give cooler vapor and more flavor. Higher settings give warmer, thicker vapor. Start low and step up.
Preheat: A short warm-up for oil that is too thick or cold to flow.
Water pipe adapter: A glass fitting that lets a vaporizer connect to a bong or rig, which cools the vapor.
