The CARTA 3 is the third-generation smart dab rig from Focus V, built for concentrates. It pairs the new Intelli-Core 3 atomizer, which heats from both the sidewall and the bottom of a rounded bucket, with an average of 60 dabs per charge, nearly triple the CARTA 2.

A larger, brighter OLED display shows live temperature and session timing, and you can change the temperature mid-session with the plus and minus buttons. The full silicone body gives a secure grip and wipes clean, and the removable C3 CONNECT airpath pops out so reclaim can be cleaned or swapped. Existing CARTA glass still fits. It is a full-size smart rig with an app and plenty of settings; if you want a simpler one-button rig, the CARTA Sport is the lighter pick.

  • Can I use it while it charges? Yes. It supports pass-through use, fast charging and wireless charging.
  • Does my old CARTA glass fit? Yes. The CARTA 3 works with existing CARTA glass, so older tops stay in rotation.
  • What is new in the Intelli-Core 3? It heats from the sidewall and the bottom, uses a curved, rounded-bottom bucket for more even heat, and has a more secure connection to the base.
  • How do I clean the airpath? Pop out the C3 CONNECT and clean it on its own, or swap in a spare and keep going. The silicone body wipes clean.

  • What a smart rig is: A battery-powered dab rig that heats concentrate electrically, so there is no torch and no guessing at temperature.
  • What the atomizer does: The Intelli-Core 3 is the cup that holds and heats your concentrate. It is a wear part and can be replaced.
  • Why water matters: The glass top holds water that cools the vapor before it reaches you. Keep the water level at or below the Focus V logo, and never fill the glass top while it is attached to the unit.
  • What reclaim is: Leftover residue that collects in the airpath. The removable C3 CONNECT makes it easy to clean out.
