The PAX Prep Tray is a walnut wood tray with a debossed PAX X logo, sized at 7.6 x 5.6 inches. It gives you one clean surface for grinding, loading the oven and keeping small tools in one place.

It matches the walnut PAX Charging Tray and pairs naturally with the PAX Grinder, Puck Press and Prep Tongs. It is a prep surface only, with no charging hardware.
