Description

The Cartisan Button VV 900 Dual Charge is a straightforward 510 battery in pen form, and the first Cartisan battery that charges from either a USB-C cable or a Lightning cable. Whichever of the two cables is closest to hand will charge it, and a USB-C cable is included.

The 900mAh cell has three voltage settings, 3.4V, 3.7V and 4.0V, each shown by a light color, plus a two-click preheat. A skirt adapter in the box lets it pair with any 510 cartridge. How do I turn the battery on? Click the button five times. Five more clicks turn it off.
How do I charge it? Plug a USB-C or Lightning cable into the battery and connect it to a USB power source. The light on the battery stays on while charging and turns off when charging is complete.
How do I change the voltage? Click the button three times. Green is 3.4V, blue is 3.7V and red is 4.0V.
How does preheat work? Click the button twice to warm the cartridge before the first draw.
Why does the battery blink with a cartridge attached? The cartridge is usually not making a proper connection. Try a different cartridge. If the battery works with other cartridges, the battery is not the problem.
What is the skirt adapter for? Cartisan includes it so the battery can be used with any 510 cartridge and still look tidy.

510 battery: The power source for a pre-filled oil cartridge. "510" is the standard thread, so most cartridges screw straight on.
Button battery: Hold the button while inhaling. Release it to stop.
Voltage: Lower settings give cooler vapor and more flavor. Higher settings give warmer, thicker vapor. Start on green and step up.
Preheat: A short warm-up for oil that is too thick or cold to flow.
Cartridge not included: This is the battery only. Cartridges are sold separately by licensed retailers.
